RFAP – National Source List for Construction Claim Resolution Consultant Services, Various Locations across Canada.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in various locations across Canada.
The objective of this RFAP is to select qualified firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $1,000,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultants and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $1,500,000.00 at any time, resulting in a total possible maximum value of $2,50,000.00. 

The commissions under this SL are expected to be valued between $30,000.00 and $200,000.00. 
The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire or any amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise.
This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
