Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for one (1) or more Standing Offer Agreements to provide maintenance services in Labrador. Work under this Standing Offer Agreement(s) comprises the furnishings of all labour, material, equipment, tools and supervision required to provide various maintenance services including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding, etc. on an as and when requested basis.
The period for placing call-ups against this Standing Offer(s) is one (1) year from award with two (2) options to extend the term of the Standing Offer Agreement, each for an additional twelve (12) month period.
This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement – Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement (LILCA) (2005) – Appendix A of TB CPN 2006-4: Part of Northeastern Quebec and part of Northern Labrador includes (but is not limited to) Rigolet, Makkovik, Postville, Hopedale and Nain.
Basis of selection:
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offer(s) to be declared responsive. The responsive offer(s) with the lowest evaluated prices will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer(s).
