Second notification of RCan-5000050365

By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders to
implement support for Entwine Point Tile1 (EPT) storage format inside the existing GeoTrellis open source project. Entwine Point Tile is a static octree-based storage format for point cloud that is intended for fast access of large volumes of point cloud data.
