This amendment is to add the presentation material provided at the WebEx on 28 January 2020 as well as the questions, answers and additional information. Please note that some of the information provided in the presentation has changed. The new information is reflected in the attached questions and answers.
Following the WebEx information session to inform industry of additions to the Supply Arrangement for RHIBs and IBs for the Federal Government, the French and English Presentation material as well as the Questions and Answers from the WebEx will be posted for your information.
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), with the support of the Department of National Defence (DND), the Department of Fisheries and Ocean (DFO) and Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), Parks Canada (PC), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), as well as Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will be presenting an information session to inform industry of additions to the Supply Arrangement to provide RHIBs and IBs for the Federal Government. This WebEx will be carried out on Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 between 13:30-15:00 EST.
It is PSPC’s intent to capitalize on this opportunity to engage industry in a manner consistent with the principles of smart procurement (early engagement, effective governance, independent advice, and benefits for Canadians) and to offer advance notice and information of this procurement instrument and requirement. This opportunity should be of particular interest to small and medium marine-focused enterprises wishing to provide of small boats to the Federal Government.
