Description of Work:
The Department of National Defence requires one (1) Intermediate Engineering Graduate and one (1) Junior Engineering Graduate, both with backgrounds in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), to support the development and updating of ILS and Life Cycle Materiel Management (LCMM) policies and provide technical support to ILS related course development. The Intermediate Engineering Graduate must perform high level ILS policy development in the area of updating policies and processes. The Junior Engineering Graduate must update ILS processes and procedures. It is intended to result in the award of up to two (2) contracts. The period of any resulting contract will be from the date of Contract to one (1) year later. Any resulting contract will include the irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to two (2) additional 1-year periods under the same conditions.

For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 4 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
