Great Lakes Pilotage Authority (GLPA) is inviting interested parties (Bidders) to respond to this request for expression of interest (REOI) for the supply and system support of personal pilotage units (PPUs) for its marine pilots.
The REOI is the first stage of a two-stage competitive procurement process where the REOI will serve to prequalify vendors, who will them be invited to respond to an RFP.
