Emergency Response Team Truck Equipment

Description:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) “E” Division has a requirement for Truck bumpers, side bars, lighting, bed slides, truck boxes and winches. 

Anticipated Start Date: March 23, 2020.

All the deliverables must be received 60 days from the award of contract. For subsequent orders, all deliverables must be received 60 days from receipt of amendment.

The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods.

During the initial contract period and the two (2) optional periods, it is anticipated that a quantity of 6 to 10 or each item per year may be purchased, however the firm number of each component required and the definitive list of truck makes and models is unknown.

All deliveries will be made to Pacific Post Garage located at Chilliwack, BC.

All the deliverables must be received on or before 60 calendar days from the effective date of the Contract.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a Contract.
