Description of Requirement:
Shared Services Canada has a requirement for 900 Universal Docking Stations, as per the List of Deliverables in the Request for Quotation. Shared Services Canada is including also 900 units as options for its own stock. 900 other units will also be added to the SSC ITPRO inventory opened to the other departments.
Delivery Destination Area: Ottawa, Ontario
Delivery Date: 20 federal government working days from contract award or on or before March 31st, whichever is sooner.

Trade Agreements: National Security Exception
On May 4, 2014, the Government of Canada announced on the Government Electronic Tendering Service that it had invoked the National Security Exception under the trade agreements in respect of procurements related to end user device hardware, software and associated support services for Shared Services Canada. As a result, this requirement is subject to the National Security Exception and none of the Trade Agreements apply to this requirement.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCA): N/A
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
SSC’s suppliers will be required to interface with the SSC P2P portal for this Request for Quotation.
