TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD)
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS
who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:
TSPS stream 3.7 – Procurement Specialist - Intermediate

Description of the Requirement:
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires professional
services for Stream 3.7 Procurement Specialist (Intermediate) to support DFATD’s Procurement
Requirements. DFATD has an immediate requirement for one (1) resource and possibly an
additional resource on an “as and when required” basis.
Level of Security Requirement:
At the time of bid closing the Contractor’s proposed resource must hold a Secret security
clearance as indicated in this solicitation.
Minimum Corporate Security Required: SECRET
Minimum Resource Security Required: SECRET

Proposed period of contract:
The period of any resulting contract will be from Contract Award to March 31st 2021 inclusive.
Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by
up to one (1) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240 days.
