Description of Work:

The Contractor shall provide support services including software modifications, fixing bugs, develop software improvements, correct data, analyse the impact and estimate the effort of client change requests, develop new interfaces with SAP and legacy systems, and advise on decisions to upgrade the application and apply upgrades to new releases of the Tiger Logic OMNIS development software as required.

The team required for this support will be made up of four (4) full-time people: one (1) ERP Programmer Analyst level 3 (full-time), one (1) ERP Programmer Analyst level 2 (full-time), one (1) ERP Programmer Analyst level 1 (full-time for first two (2) years), and one (1) Project Manager (level 3) part-time.

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #6 applies

Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)

Minimum Resource Security Required: Enhanced Reliability
