Description of the Requirement:

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) seeks to contract an experienced vendor to design, conduct, and analyze the results of a survey of individuals who started participation in the programs and services offered under the WDAs between April 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019. Information collected by this survey will help to fill in important knowledge gaps about the labour market outcomes (i.e., average of 12 months post-program) of participants and the success of the programs and services offered through the WDAs.

Proposed period of contract:The proposed period of contract shall be from date of award to June 30, 2021
