Description of Work:

The Information Management Business Solutions team (SICV) requires the services of One (1) Senior Programmer/Software Developer with expertise in architecting, engineering, customizing, configuring, implementing, upgrading and supporting Open Source applications. Global Affairs Canada (GAC) currently uses the following 3 Open Source-based tools as part of its E-Collaboration Suite: Agora, Wiki@International and My International.

The contracted resource will work with the Information Management Business Solutions team (SICV) of GAC’s IM/IT Bureau (SID).

While SICV develops the broader departmental E-Collaboration strategy, it’s understood that the Agora and Wiki@International systems will likely not see significant changes brought to them while the My International system may see more investment.
