DELIVERABLES / SCOPE OF WORK
Work of this Contract comprises general construction renovation of Colombier Island Light station Site, located off the coast of Burnt Islands, NL; and further identified as Colombier Island.
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
- Supply, fabrications, installation, repairs/restoration, and other miscellaneous work identified herein and in Appendix A – Scope of Work and associated drawings.
- .2 Work to be staged in Phases 1 & 2 as indicated in Appendix A – Scope of Work.
- Both Phases of work to be coordinated with Departmental Representative prior to work commencement.
Work not included in this contract comprises of decommissioning of electrical systems and associated equipment. Temporary requirements for light station electrical systems and associated equipment. Installing and commissioning of new electrical systems and associated equipment.
SITE VISIT
A site visit has not been scheduled for this project
EXPECTED START AND COMPLETION DATES
The services of the Contractor will be commencing upon contract award. The expected completion date of this project is 14 weeks after contract award.
