DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The RCMP Information Management and Information Technology Program requires a Talent Management Framework with a particular focus on aligning it with: the IM/IT Program HR Plan, Vision 150 and the RCMP People Strategy.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
THE PROPOSED PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT SHALL BE FROM CONTRACT AWARD TO MARCH 31, 2021. ESTIMATED LEVEL OF EFFORT OF THE CONTRACT WILL BE FOR: 90 DAYS WITH TWO (2) OPTIONAL PERIODS FOR 2 X 10 DAYS.
