THE FOLLOWING SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT HOLDERS HAVE BEEN INVITED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL:

1. Cache Computer Consulting Inc.
2. Eagle Professional Resources Inc.
3. The Halifax Computer Consulting Group Inc

Please note: The IRB has decided not to extend the invitation for this bid solicitation to pre-qualified suppliers not listed in Attachment 1 to Part 1 “List of Suppliers Invited to Bid” of the bid solicitation because the IRB has deemed that by doing so would impede on the efficiency of the procurement process.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:

The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada has a requirement for: One (1) Senior consultant (the “Contractor’s resource”) Stream 4: Business Services, category 4.3 Business Consultant.

The Business Consultant (category 4.3, level 3) resource is required to advise IRB’s Senior Management on the establishment of a transformation office and a programme management office, provide expertise, consultative advice, guidance and coaching to build project capacity to make effective use of change management strategies and related tools, and, to investigate Enterprise collaboration and Cloud solutions and advise on options for strategic directions and execution.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

THE PROPOSED PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT SHALL BE FROM Contract award TO August 31, 2020.

ESTIMATED LEVEL OF EFFORT OF THE CONTRACT WILL BE FOR: 60 days
