RFAP for Building Spatial Data Acquisition Services

Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Building Spatial Data Acquisition Services: NRE1903, Building Spatial Data Acquisition Services, at Various DND Locations Across Canada
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SL is being established for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $2,000,000.00.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultants and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods for a total potential of term of 5 years. The SL may be increased by $3,000,000 at any point for a total potential value of $5,000,000.
Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $2,000 and $200,000; the SL does not have a maximum value for commissions.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX (MERX.COM) Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
