Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a Task Based Professional Services requirement on an “as and when requested basis” using a Task Authorization (TA) for two (2) Senior Leadership Development Consultants and two (2) Intermediate Leadership Development Consultants to provide one on one coaching and mentoring for the executive cadre.

It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for approximately two (2) years, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Level of Security Requirement:

Reliability Security Requirement with COMMON-PS-SRCL#2

North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA);

Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA);

Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA);

Canada - Colombia Free Trade Agreement;

Canada - Honduras Free Trade Agreement;

Canada - Korea Free Trade Agreement;

Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement; and

Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).

Proposed Period of Contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to 30 September 2022 (estimated).

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the initial contract period will be 60 days for the Senior Leadership Development Consultant (Level 3) and 30 days for the Intermediate Leadership Development Consultant (Level 2).
