    Description of the requirement:

    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to obtain the services of an organization specializing in standard First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for the National Capital Region, to provide training to PWGSC personnel from August 1st, 2020 to March 31, 2025. The organization must provide qualified instructors to teach the most recent First Aid and CPR techniques approved by the Minister of Labour with Part XVI of the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations section 16.12 (2 and the National Joint Council’s Occupational Health and Safety Directive in both official languages.

    1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

    2. The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.

    2 English instructors and 2 French instructors

    Proposed Period of the Contract:

    The Period of the Contract is from August 1st 2020 to July 31, 2022 inclusive.

    Option to Extend the Contract:

    The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional year period(s) under the same conditions up to March 31, 2025 inclusive. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.

    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be 220 days but could increase or decrease
