    Financial Specialist Suspension Points.

    This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, NHQ.

     

    Trade agreement: This procurement is not subject to any trade agreement.

    Tendering procedures: The suppliers listed in this notice and qualified under Work Stream 10. Project Management Services, Category 10.8 Financial Specialist have been invited to submit a bid.

    Competitive Procurement Strategy: compliant bid with the lowest price per point.

    Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.

    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

     

    Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements.

    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

    Correctional Service Canada (CSC) requires the services of a Financial Specialist to prepare Cost Estimates and recommendations for replacing vulnerable infrastructure components in inmate cells as part of a National Project named Suspension Points.

    Objectives: CSC is seeking a Financial Specialist to provide cost estimates for replacing the selected infrastructure components in medium and maximum cells. The Financial Specialist will also prepare a risk matrix analysis, and recommendations based on the analysis of their findings and the data collected.

    Deliverables:

    1- Cost Estimate Spread Sheets (Microsoft Office Suite) for removal and replacement of vulnerable infrastructure.

    2- Summary of findings including but not limited to the following:

    a- Risk Matrix Analysis

    b- Recommendations

    c- Cost Benefit Analysis
