Up to one (1) Level 2 System Administrator

Description of Work:

Health Canada has a requirement for up to two (2) TBIPS B.1 Business Analyst Level 2, up to two (2) TBIPS I.7 Platform Analyst Level 2, up to one (1) TBIPS I.11 Technology Architect Level 2, and up to one (1) TBIPS I.9. System Administrator Level 2, to support the HPFB’s electronic regulatory environment. Health Canada acquired the Lorenz docuBridge system in 2006 to manage its regulatory workflow for the Pharmaceuticals and Biologics Program. Health Canada has since expanded its capabilities to other product lines.

For the purposes of this contract, it can be assumed that the technical environment will not fundamentally change. That is, Lorenz docuBridge will remain key and central to the HPFB electronic regulatory environment.

Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

Part of the work is currently being performed by Manpower Services Canada Limited under contract #4600001191.
