Description
The duration of the Standing Offer will be from 01st October 2020 until 30 September 2021, including 2 (two) further 1(one) year optional years 30th September 2023 max. The following shall be performed:
Cleaning and maintenance of all heating and pressured-air heating boilers, as well as the thorough brushing of the combustion chambers and heat exchangers and, if necessary, the exhausting.
Before the actual maintenance it must be ensured that the combustion chambers are able to withhold the exhausting.
The heating systems, which is oil fuelled is from the Firm Buderus and the burner is from Weishaupt and is located in the following Canadian Forces military properties:
Building B11 at the Selfkant Kaserne, 52511 Geilenkirchen-Niederheid
The plumbing tasks (further specified in Appendix A) for example, include leaking pipes, replacements above and underground and maintenance of oil heating system (Building B11) and this will be conducted in the following buildings;
Building A16, B9, B11, B14 at the Selfkant Kaserne, 52511 Geilenkirchen-Niederheid.
