DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
This Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is being issued for Nunavut Regional Office, Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) to require the services of undertaking comprehensive reviews and providing recommendations on the socio-economic components of major project submissions in Nunavut.
QUALIFICATION
An Offeror, including related entities, can submit Offers in response to this RSFO.

LOCATION OF WORK AND TRAVEL
Wherever possible, work will be performed at the offices of the Contractor. Occasions may arise where the Contractor will be required to attend public meetings or work out of the offices of CIRNAC’s Nunavut Regional Office located in Iqaluit, Nunavut. As and when such travel is required, details will be identified and costed within individual Call-ups.
DURATION OF STANDING OFFER
It is intended to result in the award of up to four (4) Standing Offers (SOs), each of which has an three-year period, plus two (2) irrevocable option one-year periods allowing Canada to extend the term of each resulting SO.
STANDING OFFER VALUE
$500K per Standing Offer, applicable taxes and all expenses included

Competition: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit 70% and Price 30%
