Description

Parc Downsview Park Inc. (the “Company”) is an agent Crown corporation and is the owner of a property located in the area of Allen Road and Sheppard Avenue in Toronto, Ontario (the “Allen Lands”).

This RFP will be issued by the Company to interested respondents prequalified to participate in this RFP pursuant to the Notice of Proposed Procurement #561096-07A issued by the Company on June 29, 2020 (each a “Proponent”) for the purpose of ultimately engaging one or more financial advisory services consultants for the planning and procurement of a new high-security office building to be constructed on the Allen Lands (the “Project”).

In conducting this RFP, the Company reserves the right to retain a single Proponent retained for the entire Scope of Work or to retain one or more Proponent(s) for particular elements thereof. The decision to award Agreement(s) to one or more Proponents will depend on the review and evaluation by the Company of the Proposals received. No Proponent is guaranteed any specific amount of work under the Agreement for which they are retained.
