Description of the Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency’s VP/CFO is currently leading an initiative to transition the Agency to an accrual-based budgeting and funding model to manage its capital asset base. At the same time, the Agency is working to transition from a two-year to a one-year budgetary appropriation. For these initiatives to be successful, expert advisory services are required to plan, develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and roadmap.
