Nature of Requirements:
CFSU(E) requires commercial fuel cards for the purpose of purchasing fuel for our fleet of vehicles. The key element of this request is that the fuel cards must have the capacity/capability of removing the Value Added Tax (VAT) at time of purchase. Request is to obtain approximately 30 Value Added Tax (VAT) exempt fuel cards for the explicit use of CFSU(E) owned and/or rented vehicles. Access to fuel cards will be authorized to only those on official government business as designation by the CFSU(E) Transportation Authority.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of 1st October 2020 to 30th September 2021 with the option to renew for 2 additional one-year periods.
Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Competitive Procurement Strategy: Most economical compliant bid.
