NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to provide Vibration Ammunitions Testing for QETE/METC for the C181 S3 (safety and Suitability for Service) for the Sniper System Project. The work will involve the following: 8 boxes of ammunition are to be tested and will include Cold Sequence for AMMO BOX: 1,2,3 4 ( -32°C ±2 for boxes 1, 2, 3, 4 ) and Hot Sequence for AMMO BOX: 5,6,7 8. (at +49°C ±2 for boxes 5, 6, 7, 8). Random vibration will be performed on:
Ground Wheeled Common Carrier Vibration Pattern.
CC130J Aircraft Propeller Vibration Pattern.
