Description
The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) requires OEM preventative maintenance and service support for 2 MoFlo Astrios EQ cell sorters located at Royalmount (Montreal) and M54 (Ottawa). These two instruments are proprietary to Beckman Coulter Inc. These instruments are critical for Human Health Therapeutics (HHT) ability to meet its deliverables for both internal and external Clients and proactive servicing and instrument support are an essential element for their continued operation. These equipment are complex instruments requiring precise calibration and operating specifications and service engineers must be factory trained and certified to work on them using specialized equipment specifically designed for these instruments. All parts required and installed need to be OEM parts
