Description of the Requirement:

Employment and Social Development Canada, Integrity Service Branch (ISB) National Enforcement and Intelligence Division (NEID) requires the professional services of Project Leader/Executive. The primary objective of the project is to support the division in the refinement of key processes to deploy an enhanced set of national enforcement standards, and support the review of existing legislative tools that empower Service Canada in its enforcement function.

Level of Security Requirement:

CommonPS-SRCL#19 applies

Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Up to Protected C

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the Contract is from Contract Award to March 31, 2021 with option to extend the contract up to 2 (two) additional 1 (one) year periods.
