Description
The objective of this contract is to provide technical and application support services for Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) current Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system on an annual basis in order to ensure timely recovery of the system in the event of an outage and to provide any necessary application modifications. To ensure maximum system uptime, it is vital to have contractor resources available on a next business day basis in the event of a system failure.
- Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
- The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
