Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation wishes to enter into a with an external vendor for the purpose of delivering the Rural and Native Housing Program (RNH) on Prince Edward Island and providing property management services for the 117 CMHC-owned rental properties housing subsidized rent-geared-to-income (RGI) occupants.
This Agreement will have an initial term of up to three years, with one two-year renewal option, not to exceed a cumulative total of five years.
