Description
CMHC is seeking proposals to provide a new Managed File Transfer (MFT) Solution (“Solution”).
In January 2020, CMHC issued a Request for Information (`RFI`) from which qualified companies have expressed their interest to CMHC, are invited to participate in this subsequent Request for Proposal (`RFP`).
It is CMHC’s intent to enter into an agreement (the “Agreement “or “Contract”) on a non-exclusive basis with the successful proponent. The term of the Agreement resulting from this RFP is to be for a period of five (5) years (three (3) years initial, plus two (2) optional renewal periods).
