The purpose of this Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish up to two (2) Standing Offers for the Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) for the provision of lighting equipment rental, as well as installation, operation and dismantling services of the lighting equipment on an “as-and-when-requested” basis. Said lighting equipment rental will be used at events produced by PCH in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The Capital Experience Branch of PCH organizes three (3) major events annually: Canada Day, Christmas Lights Across Canada and Winterlude. Stage lighting, and at times site lighting, is required to meet the needs of stage programming and to enhance the site and the experience.
The Standing Offers will be for a two (2) years period with the possibility of extending it by three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
