Objective:
To provide AFF with access to credit reporting services and automated monitoring services, on both
National and International commercial businesses and individual databases.
Requirement:
The program’s necessity for access to a wide variety of credit reporting, investigative and automated monitoring services, for a portfolio of approximately 500-1000 commercial or individual accounts (only on occasion), will require the Contractor to:
- Provide toll-free direct dial customer service call site, staffed by trained customer service representatives, that is accessible between the hours of 08h00 and 18h00 Eastern, Monday to Fridays, excluding holidays.
- Provide credit investigation and reporting services, with access on or off-line and available in both
English or French, such as:
- Verification of trade references, bank references and other information
- Verification from multiple sources
- Principal interviews
- Public record search
- Business principal data
- US credit reports
- International reports
