Description
The Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) is currently working to establish an iterative cadence of development and release of working software by securing the services of professionals to form a new scrum unit.
Additionally, the contract intends to achieve the building of in-house capacity to support current and future products to be hosted on the Enterprise Solution Platform (ESP).
To that affect, special considerations are to be taken to facilitate the transfer of knowledge between the incoming resources and members of the Enterprise Solutions Team (EST) pertaining to skills in:
- Managing source control, defining and implementing continuous integration, continuous delivery and release management strategies;
- Azure administration, Azure development and DevOps processes;
- Performing solution envisioning, requirement analysis, and architecting/implementing Power Platform solutions;
- Data and entity management, implementing security, and performing solution configuration/deployment/testing.
- Leading the sprint planning efforts, facilitating collective team deliberation and estimating of effort and leading the daily scrum meetings and clearing blocking issues that prevent the team from making forward progress.
