Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services:
Project No OR20SL02, Source List, Various Locations Across Ontario
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the province where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” architectural and engineering consultant services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the following locations: CFB Borden, CFB Kingston, 22 Wing North Bay, Garrison Petawawa, Garrison Toronto and 8 Wing Trenton.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select six (6) firms with the six highest total scores.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SL will be for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment or until the financial limit of $9,000,000 is reached. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $100,000 and $250,000; the maximum value of a commission is $350,000. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
