NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND) for the provision of hotel accommodations and support services for CAF members earmarked for pre-deployments. The intent of this solicitation is to establish up to one (1) contract for the planned periods of:
- 27 December 2020 – 10 January 2021
- 07 January 2021 – 17 January 2021
- 09 January 2021 – 19 January 2021
- 11 January 2021 – 21 January 2021
- 14 January 2021 – 24 January 2021
- 18 January 2021 – 01 February 2021
- 24 January 2021 – 09 February 2021
This solicitation is open to all Hotel Accommodations and Support Services within a maximum radius of 100 km from 2 Air Movements Squadron Passenger Terminal at 8 Wing CFB Trenton – Building 346, Trenton, ON K8V 5P9
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RFP documents will be posted on buyandsell from the Contracting Authority Bidders are advised that the RFP documents are available on the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS) (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
