Description of Work:

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires one (1) Senior Engineering Graduate to support the Systems Engineering (SE) policy portfolio by developing and reviewing SE policy documents, researching and gathering information and engaging stakeholders on SE topics. It is intended to result in the awardof one (1) contract. The period of any resulting contract will be from the date of Contract to one (1) year later. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to four (4) additional 1-year periods under the same conditions.

Services similar to those described in this requirement were being provided through Contract W6381-18-0028 with Promaxis Systems Inc. This contract included multiple resource categories. Although this Contract is still ongoing, the period of the services similar to those described in this requirement were only from 18 January 2018 to 5 June 2020, and was valued at $299,526.34, taxes included.

For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
