This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6369-20-X034 dated 28 January 2020 with a closing date of 13 May 2020 at 2:00 pm EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders / offerors / suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the purchase and installation of seventeen (17) mail sorting tables and one (1) mail wrapping table at the Canadian Forces Support Group (Ottawa-Gatineau), Carling Campus mail room.
It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.
Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.
MANDATORY CRITERIA (MC)
The Bidder must adequately demonstrate in its proposal that:
MC1: The proposed Mail Room Equipment (Furniture) meets all of the specifications listed in the Statement of Work (SOW), located in Annex “A”, Section 3.0.
The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
