Description
The purpose of this RFP is to select a supplier to enter into a contract with the Permanent Mission of Canada in Geneva, Switzerland, of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) to replace the existing lighting fixtures with new LED fixtures, as described in the Annex A - Statement of Work.
This work includes the purchase and installation of new lighting fixtures and bulbs as well as the environmentally-friendly disposal of the existing equipment.
The RFP Closing Date is 6:00pm on February 2nd, 2021 (as per Ottawa, Ontario).
The Contractor must make the complete delivery by March 31, 2021.
There are no Security requirements associated with this requirement however, Contractor’s personnel will be escorted and placed under the supervision of Mission personnel at all times during the performance of the Work.
