Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a with a maximum of three vendors for real estate and property management services for CMHC-owned, 1 to 6 unit properties.
There are three (3) separate regions available for tender:
- British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
- Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario
- New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador
This contract(s) will have an initial term of up to three years, with one two-year renewal option, not to exceed a cumulative total of five years.
