Hazardous Waste Containers and Disposal
This requirement is for Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
TENDERING PROCEDURE: Selective Tendering
This requirement is open only to those companies who qualified for GSIN E108C, E108CA in British Columbia under Supply Arrangement EW479-162880.

BACKGROUND:
Dating back to mid-September 2020 the Canadian Coast Guard received several reports of extensive sheening throughout the Zuciarte Channel on the West Coast of Bligh Island.
Further investigation identified the source of the pollution as the wreck of the MV Schiedyk which sank on 03 January 1968 with all crew were rescued. Vessel has been located in 360’-400’ water with a position start 49 38 080N , 126 30 433W, end 49 38 159N , 126 30 443W.
REQUIREMENT:
This requirement is for the provision of 6 hazardous waste bins for storage, bin emptying and disposal of hazardous waste from the clean up operations.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The period of contract shall be from date of award to January 31, 2022.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The Canada Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization applies.
