Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Engineering Consultant Services:
Project No CL200002, Design of a 25 KV High Voltage Line, 4 Wing Cold Lake Alberta
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the province where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services in support of the construction of a 25 KV high voltage line:
- Conceptual Design
- Design development and preparation of construction documents, including but not limited to: electrical, civil and structural engineering
- Cost Estimating Services
- Tender Phase Services
- Construction Phase Services
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm with the highest total score.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
