The Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB) requires access to comprehensive Canadian national pharmacy data that reports by DIN, the price, the quantity and the number of prescriptions dispensed, as well as the payer type and province. The PMPRB requires this data in order to complete its analytical priorities and fulfill its reporting mandate. Some of the analytical priorities that make use of this data include Private Drug Plans in Canada and the Market Intelligence Reports.
