    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:

    C.3 Information Technology Security TRA and C&A Analyst

    Only selected TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432/EI series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. The following SA Holders have been initially invited to bid on this requirement. Where additional invitations are made during the bid solicitation process, it may be that they are not reflected in a solicitation amendment:

    Description of Work:

    This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Courts Administration Service (CAS)  for two (2) senior Threat and Risk Assessment and Certification and Accreditation Analysts to contribute, review, validate and develop IT security related documentation and framework in alignment with CAS IT security policies, directives and framework.

    Bidders must submit a bid for the above mentioned category (C.3 Information Technology Security TRA and C&A Analyst)

    A similar work was performed in the last 12 months by Cistel Technology Inc. under contract (value $24,860.00) and by Calian Ltd. under contract (value $34,710.00). Both companies have been invited to bid.

    Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #19 applies
