RFQ Scope:

This RFQ is intended to identify a preferred vendor to provide paper and print shop supplies to FCC. The provider will provide paper for FCC’s Corporate Office as well as paper and print shop supplies for FCC’s internal print shop. Also included are select maintenance products for our 2 printing presses. 

RFQ Schedule:

• RFQ issue date: Mar 2, 2021
• Vendor questions accepted until: Mar 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM*
• RFQ closing date and time: Mar 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM*

*Central Standard Time (CST)- Saskatchewan, Canada Time zone

RFQ Process Considerations:
Vendors should note that:

• this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFQ, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFQ scope, and may cancel the RFQ at any time.
• FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
