Description

Department of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement for the repair and preventative maintenance of the following scientific equipment:

Agilent 7700x ICP-MS

Agilent 8800 ICP-QQQ

The services required are:

  1. Hardware and software technical support.
  2. On-site instrument repairs.
  3. One annual preventative maintenance (PM) visit to maintain the performance of the instrumentation. The annual PM is to include inspection, cleaning, calibration (if applicable) and complete operation instrument check.
