    Description of the Requirement:

    The Digital Services Branch (DSB) of Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires the services of a Senior Communications Consultant resource to support the work of the Digital Government Program in digitally transforming the department by implementing the Digital Transformation Strategy and launching the Digital Innovation Network (DIN).

    The Digital Services Branch (DSB) of Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires the services of a Senior Communications Consultant resource to support the work of the Digital Government Program in digitally transforming the department by implementing the Digital Transformation Strategy and launching the Digital Innovation Network (DIN).

    The objective of this contract is to provide communications and engagement strategies, products and initiatives to help raise awareness of and participation in PSPC’s Digital Transformation Strategy and DIN which are helping the department change how it works, improve service delivery to clients and drive PSPC’s digital transformation. Additional objectives include:

    • Encouraging key business areas to bring their initiatives to DIN to help transform and redesign their services.

    • Educating employees about new mindsets, new methodologies and new ways of working – and encourage them to sign up for training and bring new approaches to how they work.

    • Helping inspire change across the department.

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract award to (insert the date at contract award) inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to Two (2) additional One (1) year period under the same conditions.

    Estimated Level of Effort:

    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be up to 250 days per year of the proposed period of contract.
