Title:
To design a pilot that will test the best combination of supports to assist Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) beneficiaries who would like to attempt to return to work.
Description of the Requirement:
The purpose of this contract is to develop the design for the CPPD return-to-work pilot.
Key deliverables:
- A detailed work plan that includes a critical path with timelines and approval steps;
- A cross-jurisdictional literature review identifying the most effective return-to-work supports for persons who receive disability benefits but wish to attempt a return to the labour force;
- Stakeholder consultations to ensure that clients and other stakeholders provide insights for consideration in the design of the pilot;
- A design framework for the pilot to test existing and new return-to-work supports to facilitate the gathering of evidence;
- A data strategy to identify appropriate metrics and related data requirements to monitor the pilot, and ultimately to evaluate its effectiveness in achieving objectives.
- Contribute to the development of necessary database(s) for analyzing pilot data;
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to address challenges; and
- Provide training and all communication materials required for pilot project implementation.
