Reissue of a Bid Solicitation

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number M5000-214356/A dated March 11, 2021 with a closing of March 26, 2021 at 2pm MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Description of the Requirement:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, ‘K’ Division – Operations Strategy Branch (OSB) has a requirement for a performance measures consultant to research, design, develop and implement a Performance Measurement Strategy Framework.

Suppliers must submit a signed confidentiality agreement before being given access to the Statement of Work, as it contains information that is confidential or proprietary to Canada or a third party. The Confidentiality Agreement can be obtained by contacting the Contracting Authority as noted below.

Special comments: RCMP has additional security requirements. The Contractor is required to have all personnel working on this contract to be security cleared at the level of Enhanced Reliability Status as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Prior to contract award, additional Information will be provided to the successful bidder.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be thirty-six (36) months from Contract Award.
