RFP Scope: 

FCC’s Information Technology (IT) team is accountable to enable and deliver IT Services to FCC’s community and enterprise leaders to enable execution excellence. To effectively meet its business objectives, FCC occasionally augments its internal staff. FCC requires a strong Developer Scrum Team to work collaboratively with internal FCC resources as part of the larger plan to modernize our applications. The successful Proponent will provide an intact, existing Scrum Team to work collaboratively with, and as part of, a larger team within FCC. 

FCC has a suite of applications that are either used internally by FCC employees and contractors or externally by customers. FCC intends to modernize those applications using a phased approach with initial work scheduled to begin in June 2021. Currently, the majority of the applications are Thin Client based and FCC intends to make them Web based.

• RFP issue date: Apr 1, 2021 

• Vendor questions accepted until: Apr 8, 2021 at 2:00PM* 

• RFP closing date and time: May 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM*

• this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time. 

• FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
